We are also excited to announce that Evans Debeza will take on the role of CELC Chair and Kanav Bhatheja as Co-Chair.

Sharon Moy 

CELC Chair 2022 to 2024 , CELC Member 2015 to present 

As Commons Emerging Leaders Council Chair (CELC), Sharon Moy brought a fresh perspective and energy that invigorated our initiatives. Her innovative ideas and collaborative spirit have been a tremendous asset to the CELC. "Being part of this organization has been an inspiring chapter in my life. Evans Debeza, Chair of CELC 

Evans Debeza is a licensed Architect in Illinois and has her own design and residential development firm, Debeza Studio, which she co-founded with her husband in 2022. She also provides support to the local Architecture community through her role as AIA Chicago's Sponsorship and Donor Relations Assistant. "I am excited to step into the role as Chair of Chicago Commons' associate board, CELC, as we continue to expand our outreach initiatives that support Chicago Commons' communities and create greater visibility for the organization within our own networks." -Evans Debeza 

Kanav Bhatheja 

Kanav Bhatheja is currently a Partner at the law firm of Cremer Law, LLC, located in Chicago, IL.  Kanav has experience with a wide variety of complex litigation involving product liability, hotel/retail liability, and commercial disputes around the United States.
