Chicago Commons Partners with the Center for Better Aging in Englewood

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership between Chicago Commons and the Center for Better Aging in Englewood! This new initiative, based at St. Bernard Hospital, provides wraparound services for individuals aged 50 and older. Our joint efforts aim to bridge the life expectancy gap and offer vital healthcare and support to our cherished community members.

A Comprehensive Approach to Health and Well-being 

The Center for Better Aging offers a holistic approach to health, ensuring that older adults receive the comprehensive care they need. From medical services to social support, the center is designed to address various aspects of well-being. This initiative is about extending life expectancy as well as enhancing the quality of life for our seniors.

Englewood has faced significant health disparities over the years, and this partnership represents a significant step toward closing those gaps. By providing access to essential healthcare services and support systems, The Center for Better Aging is working to ensure that our older adults can lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
