This month, Adult Day Services held a caregivers support group titled “Building Joyful Caregiving Experiences” led by Loretta Woodward Veney. Loretta is an inspirational speaker and the author of “Being My Mom’s Mom.” Loretta discussed with caregivers how practicing values of humility, hope and humor can create outstanding experiences for our loved ones.
