At Chicago Commons, we believe in fostering thriving generations. Serving over 3,500 people annually isn’t solely accomplished by our staff. We rely on the generous time of volunteers who share our commitment to building stronger communities.

Group Volunteer Opportunities

Let’s team up to tailor volunteer opportunities for your corporation, organization, or team that resonates with your values and philanthropic vision. Together, through our events and initiatives, your employees can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and seniors supported by Chicago Commons. Please note that we can only accommodate volunteer request for up to 20 people at a time.

Volunteer Opportunities

Spend enjoyable moments with the children at one of our schools in Pilsen, West Humboldt Park, or Back of the Yards. Volunteer opportunities include:

Participating in holiday food and toy drives
Supporting our school supply drive from March to June
Engaging in outdoor and indoor beautification projects
Assisting as classroom volunteers
